Job purpose

To play a leading, pro-active role in the strategic management of WRAP.

To take overall responsibility for the financial management of WRAP, and to lead the Finance & Evaluation Department which includes Accounts, IT, Premises Management, Project Assurance and Evaluation.

Main functions

Overall responsibility for the management of WRAP’s finances and physical assets including compliance with all relevant statutory requirements and with WRAP’s grant agreements with Governments and other funders.

Fostering, maintaining and, where necessary, developing a high level relationship with WRAP’s funders and other relevant stakeholders, including its suppliers. Developing an appropriate and effective project assurance system support the project management function within WRAP’s delivery teams and to ensure that WRAP is able to comply with all audit requirements, both internal and external.

Overseeing the management of WRAP’s physical assets and IT systems to ensure that they support the highest delivery standards by the remainder of the organisation.

Working closely with the Chief Executive contributing to the leadership and strategic management of WRAP.

Acting as Company Secretary to WRAP and its subsidiary companies.
