How to apply

To apply you should:

  • Submit a comprehensive CV plus supporting statement. The supporting statement should detail how your experience matches the 'Essential' and 'Skills' criteria in the person specification. We will sift applications against these criteria. You do not need to address any other competencies as these will be assessed at interview. Please also indicate your current salary details on your supporting statement.
  • You should also give names, positions, organisations and telephone contact numbers for at least two referees, one of whom should be your current/most recent employer. If you specifically do not wish referees to be approached without your permission, please indicate this clearly. We will only approach referees if you are invited to attend the final interview and will only do so with your permission.
  • Please also complete the enclosed Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form. This will assist WRAP to follow the recommendations of the Equal Opportunities Commission, the Commission for Racial Equality and the Disability Rights Commission that employers should monitor selection decisions to asses whether equality of opportunity is being achieved. The information on the form will be treated as confidential and used for statistical purposes only. The form will not be treated as part of your application.
  • Finally, please ensure you include your work and home telephone contact numbers and email addresses where applicable, as well as any dates when you will not be available.
